GOLD MEDAL CONCOURS MONDIAL DE BRUXELLES 2010
Eresma Sauvignon 2009 has been awarded with the Gold Medal at the last edition of the prestigious international wine competition Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. This prize joines in the wide list of achievements of this excellent Sauvignon Blanc from the D.O. Rueda.
Tasting Notes: The wine has an intense straw yellow colour with golden hues. The nose presents aromas of tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple along with hints of citrus. The palate is ample and fresh with intense acidity and an aftertaste characteristic of the Sauvignon Blanc variety.
Since its creation in 1994, the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles has set itself up as the “wine world-championship” with almost 7000 participating products from the four continents. As a whole, these samples represent more than 500 million marketed bottles.
Solely made up of professionals, the jury of the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles brings together the best international wine experts every year. Their 40 nationalities guarantee the diversity and the unique character of the event, wich is a value added to this outstanding wine Eresma Sauvignon Blanc.
